Envisaging the philosophy “to be better amongst the best” has led us to equip ourselves with the latest state-of-the art facilities of manufacturing at our plant at Ahmedabad. The facilities of the plant are spread over a vast area of 6670.80 sq. meters, having a built-up area of ground floor 3504.66 sq. meters & 1st floor 2922.82 sq. meters.
With an ambience of natural and picturesque surroundings, the habitat is free from the risks of metropolis air-pollution, industrial waste & so on.
The In-House plant has been divided into departments such as Tablet, Capsule, and Injectables further classified into various zones to ensure cleanliness as per WHO GMP guidelines. Each zone is equipped with a separate Air-handling system with independent dust extraction unit and de-humidification system to avoid cross contamination.Meticulous care has also been taken in the designing and execution of water system. All material handling is free from direct manual touch.
The plant is equipped with modern high-speed machinery and integrated packing lines. The precise in-process instrument for production and packing enables us to attain the high level of desired quality and output for formulations in tablets and capsules. We have been manufacturing on third party contracts from large Indian & Multi-National Pharmaceutical Companies for formulations of tablets and capsules.
Strict controls are maintained to ensure that the humidity, drying temperature, mixing time and other machine operations comply with the required standards. Process validation is done to ensure that there is no deviation from the standard after a few batches have been manufactured. Critical parameters and in-process controls like dosage level, content uniformity, disintegration, dissolution, hardness, thickness, friability are observed for each and every batch.
We possess separated dispensing and sampling booth with man and material movement unidirectional. Our Manufacturing, Dispensing & Sampling area come under classified area (Class 1,00,000) The plant has been conceived and built keeping in mind the broad outlines and principles of MCA UK, TGA (Australia) and other such regulatory bodies.
